Cancellations and/or Moving Reservations will incur a $10 service fee
If you do not show up or cancel your reservation on your scheduled arrival date you will be charged out for the entire reservation that was scheduled.
Cancellation policy:
You must cancel 14 days prior to your arrival date to receive a full refund less the $10 service fee for cancelling. If you cancel inside the 14 days prior to your arrival date you WILL NOT receive a refund or credit.
Holiday Cancellation policy:
You must cancel 21 days prior to your arrival date to receive a full refund less the $10 service fee for cancelling. If you cancel in the 21 days prior to your arrival date you WILL NOT receive a refund or credit.
Sorry, we do not allow pets in our cabins. If a pet is found in a cabin, or if there is evidence you having a pet in our cabins, you will be charged $100 and you will be asked to leave the property with no refund.
Campsite rules:
Pets are allowed however they must remain on a leash at all times.
Please keep your campsites neat and clean
No loud music
Campfires in designated areas only.
Clean your campsite prior to your departure. If the campsite is not clean when you leave you will be charged $50 for cleanup and you will be black listed and not allowed back to the park.
No more than 4 vehicles are allowed at any given campsite. Each campsite reservation comes with 2 vehicle passes. Additional vehicle passes can be purchased at the front gate or at the office. $5/day/vehicle
No more than 8 persons per campsite. If you have more than 8 persons you will need to reserve another campsite.
All campsites will accommodate one RV and one tent, or you may have two tents. Additional tent space can be purchased at the office. Additional tents are $15/tent/night.
Failure to comply with any of the rules and/or policies may result in a cancellation of your reservation, a loss of your deposit and removal from the property.
We strive to keep Big Creek Resort, Marina & Campground clean and neat. We also want this place to be family oriented so you can bring the whole family out and enjoy your camping experience.
