Is there a minimum night-stay for lodging at Big Creek?There is a 2-night minimum on all campsite lodging, including the Private Lake House and the Elevated Waterfront Cabins. 1-Night minimum accommodations are available during OFF SEASON ONLY.

What is your cancellation policy?There is a 2-week cancellation policy on all non-holiday reservations. If you cancel outside the 2-week period, you will receive a full refund less a $10 cancellation fee. If you cancel inside the 2-week period, you WILL NOT receive a refund or a credit. Moving your reservation is the same as cancelling your reservation. Our holiday cancellation policy is 3 weeks. If you cancel outside the 3-week period, you will receive a full refund less a $10 cancellation fee. If you cancel inside the 3-week period, you WILL NOT receive a refund or credit.
