Is there a minimum night-stay at Big Creek?There is a 2-night minimum on all stays, except for holiday weekends. Holiday weekends are a 3-night minimum. 1-Night minimum accommodations are available during OFF SEASON ONLY.

What is your cancellation policy?There is a 2-week cancellation policy on all non-holiday reservations. If you cancel outside the 2-week period, you will receive a full refund less a $10 cancellation fee. If you cancel inside the 2-week period, you WILL NOT receive a refund or a credit. Moving your reservation is the same as cancelling your reservation. Our holiday cancellation policy is 3 weeks.
